Abstract

The Securities and Exchange Commission is adding a rule to the series of rules governing the submission of filings and other documents through the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system. The new rule provides that the Commission will not accept any paper filing that is required to be filed electronically, unless it satisfies the requirements for a temporary or continuing hardship exemption.
