Abstract

This interim final rule implements Pub. L. 105-135, enacted on December 2, 1997, with respect to SBA financing in the pilot Premier Certified Lenders Program (PCLP). The interim final rule extends the pilot to October 1, 2000, and expands the authority of a Certified Development Company (CDC) participating in the PCLP (Premier CDC).
