Abstract

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC or Commission) has completed its regulatory review and Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) review of the Rules and Regulations Issued Under the Hobby Protection Act. The Rule regulates the marking of imitation political and numismatic items. Pursuant to its regulatory review, the Commission concludes that the Rule continues to be valuable both to consumers and firms. The Commission also certifies, pursuant to the RFA, that the Rule has not had a significant economic impact upon a substantial number of small or other entities or otherwise merits revision.
