Abstract
This document amends Commission Rule 3.11A (16 CFR 3.11A), which establishes ``fast-track'' procedures applicable in certain FTC adjudicatory proceedings. Under the amended rule, a respondent will have the option of electing these procedures in certain cases where the procedures have not previously been available. Amendments have also been made to improve and clarify notice procedures and other technical provisions of the Rule.
