Abstract

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is revising its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations on Availability of Records to conform with the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996. EEOC is also implementing a delegation of the Regional Attorney's FOIA responsibilities, updating office addresses, and correcting some typographical errors.
