NCUA is issuing a final rule that revises NCUA rules concerning capitalization of the share insurance fund through the maintenance of a deposit by each insured credit union, payment of an insurance premium, and equity distribution. NCUA is making these revisions to conform its regulation with changes to the Federal Credit Union Act required under the Credit Union Membership Access Act (CUMAA).
