Abstract
On March 18, 1999, the Commission published a Federal Register document initiating the regulatory review of the Federal Trade Commission's (``Commission'' or ``FTC'' Guides for the Dog and Cat Food Industry (``Dog and Cat Food Guides'' or ``Guides'') and seeking public comment. The Commission has now completed its review, and this document announces the Commission's decision to rescind the Guides.
