The FDIC is amending various sections of its Local Rules of Practice and Procedure (Local Rules) governing administrative enforcement proceedings. The amendments are generally technical in nature, and are necessary to ensure that the rules are consistent with statutory provisions and procedural changes that have occurred since the rules were first adopted. The FDIC also is making a conforming, technical amendment that was inadvertently omitted from recent revisions to the FDIC's deposit insurance regulations.
