Abstract

The Securities and Exchange Commission is amending its procedures for payment of fees imposed under the federal securities laws to update the procedures and reflect the designation of U.S. Bank, N.A. ("U.S. Bank") as the Commission's U.S. Treasury Department ("Treasury") designated lockbox depository.
