Abstract

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA or Administration) is establishing a government-wide program that builds on the Energy Star for Small Business Program, and is located at http://www.sba.gov/ energy. This rule is promulgated to comply with a provision of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.
