Abstract
This rule amends current National Park Service (NPS) regulations (36 CFR part 18) concerning the leasing of historic properties within areas of the national park system to encompass additional types of properties as authorized by law and to change in certain respects the procedural requirements for leasing of properties. This rule was published for public comment in the Federal Register on December 12, 2000 (65 FR 77538).
