## Abstract

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is issuing this rule to establish criteria for the use of non-Department of the Interior (Department) law enforcement personnel within a Reclamation project or on Reclamation lands. We are required by law to issue this rule in order to provide for the security of dams, facilities, and resources under our jurisdiction.
