## Abstract

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), have determined that Potentilla robbinsiana, commonly called Robbins' cinquefoil, is no longer an endangered species pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (Act), as amended. This determination is based on available data indicating that this species has recovered. The main population of the species currently has more than 14,000 plants, and the 2 transplant populations have reached or surpassed minimum viable population size. This action removes Potentilla robbinsiana from the List of Endangered and Threatened Plants and removes the designation of critical habitat. This rule includes a proposed 5-year post-delisting monitoring plan as required for species that are delisted due to recovery. The plan will include monitoring of population trends of both natural and transplant populations.
