## Abstract

This rule implements the Indian Arts and Crafts Enforcement Act of 2000, an amendment to the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990. The rule provides guidance to persons who produce, market, or purchase arts and crafts marketed as Indian products. The rule clarifies the regulatory definition of "Indian product," as defined under the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990, by including specific examples of "Indian product," as well as examples of what is not an "Indian product."
