## Abstract

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is amending its regulations that govern law and order on Indian reservations. This rule removes the Paiute-Shoshone Indian Tribe of the Fallon Reservation and Colony (Western Region, Nevada) from the listing of Courts of Indian Offenses. The tribe has reassumed tribal court function and has requested their removal from the list.
