## Abstract

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), revise our regulations pertaining to enhancement of survival permits issued under the Endangered Species Act. The purpose of these revisions is to improve the current implementing regulations for permits associated with Safe Harbor Agreements (SHAs) and Candidate Conservation Agreements with Assurances (CCAAs). These revisions will make Safe Harbor Agreements and Candidate Conservation Agreements with Assurances easier to understand and implement.
