Abstract
This final rule revises the MMS requirements for reporting incidents associated with Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) oil and gas and sulphur operations. The revisions will clarify the requirements, and provide more precise definitions and reporting timeframes. This will result in a more consistent incident reporting program and the collection of more reliable incident information.
