Abstract
We, the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), are revising regulations that govern public access to and conduct on Reclamation facilities, lands, and waterbodies. The revisions clarify the regulations that maintain law and order and protect persons and property on Reclamation facilities, lands, and waterbodies while bringing the rulemaking into compliance with updated laws and regulations.
