Abstract
This final rule amends provisions of the existing Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regulations on timber trespass. The rule edits the existing regulations to make them more orderly and easier to read, and adds a list of prohibited acts necessary to provide guidance concerning the administration of forest product contracts and free use permits, and law enforcement.
