Abstract
This document provides clarification of Departmental policy concerning the applicability of the final revision of OMB Circular A- 87, ``Cost Principles for State, Local and Indian Tribal Governments,'' published on May 17, 1995 (60 FR 26484-26507). It is the intent of the Department that this revised version of OMB Circular A-87 apply to awards made by the Department and its bureaus and offices as applicable.
