Abstract
This order withdraws an additional 4,870 acres of National Forest System lands from mining for protection of recreational resources and facilities at the Vail Ski Area. This withdrawal will protect the lands until 2009, the date the original withdrawal expires. The lands have been and remain open to such forms of disposition as may by law be made of National Forest System lands and to mineral leasing.
