## Abstract

This order modifies the Secretarial Order dated June 18, 1908, and Executive Order No. 2067 dated October 28, 1914, insofar as they affect 37.50 acres of public land lying outside National Forest boundaries, withdrawn for a Forest Service guard station/administrative site. This order transfers jurisdiction of the land from the Forest Service to the Fish and Wildlife Service and establishes a 20-year term. The land will continue to be used as an administrative site for the Fish and Wildlife Service and will remain closed to surface entry and mining. The land has been and will remain open to mineral leasing.
