Abstract
This order withdraws 3,972.04 acres of public land from surface entry, mining, and mineral leasing until November 6, 2001, for the United States Air Force to provide a safety and security buffer between public land administered by the Bureau of Land Management and withdrawn land under the jurisdiction of the Nellis Air Force Range.
