Abstract
This rule amends regulations governing restrictions on flaring or venting gas to include restrictions on burning liquid hydrocarbons. MMS made this amendment to clarify that burning liquid hydrocarbons is allowable only under certain circumstances as approved by the Regional Supervisor.
