Abstract
This interim rule establishes conditions for granting royalty relief on producing leases through their conversion to Net Revenue Share (NRS) leases, provides for suspensions of royalty payments on certain deep-water leases issued as the result of a lease sale held before November 28, 1995, and defines the information required for a complete application for royalty relief.
