Abstract
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service adopts regulations to implement portions of the Alaska Peninsula/Becharof National Wildlife Refuge Complex Public Use Management Plan. The rule will allow the Fish and Wildlife Service to manage public uses by adopting regulations addressing off-road vehicles, camping, and temporary facilities. The regulations will provide for continued public use of the refuge complex while protecting refuge resources and resolving conflicts between refuge users.
