Abstract
In this document, the office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is correcting its discussion and approval of a proposed amendment to the Colorado regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA). OSM's correction pertains to Colorado's intent to withdraw from a proposed amendment consideration of proposed rules pertaining to Colorado's show cause orders and patterns of violations involving violations of water quality effluent standards.
