Abstract
The Minerals Management Service (MMS) amends the documents incorporated by reference in regulations governing oil, gas, and sulphur operations in the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). The organizations that publish the incorporated documents have revised many of their recommended practices and standards and have published new editions. The new editions will continue to ensure that lessees use the best available and safest technologies while operating in the OCS.
