Abstract
In this interim rule, the Office of Self-Governance (OSG) establishes procedures for awarding negotiation grants; advance planning grants; and negotiation/planning grants to negotiate for Department of the Interior (DOI) non-Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) programs, pursuant to the Tribal Self-Governance Act.
