Abstract
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) announces availability of a Regulatory Flexibility Analysis examining the effects on small entities of the designation of critical habitat for the marbled murrelet. This is the Regulatory Flexibility Analysis for the final rule published on May 24, 1996 (61 FR 26251).
