## Abstract

The Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) determines the guajon (Eleutherodactylus cooki) to be a threatened species pursuant to the Endangered Species Act (Act) of 1973, as amended. The guajon is endemic to Puerto Rico and is restricted to the Pandura mountain range in the southeastern part of the island. It is threatened in this area by agricultural, rural, and industrial development and the associated infrastructure. This final rule will implement the Federal protection and recovery provisions afforded by the Act for E. cooki.
