## Abstract

BLM is removing the regulations that explain the procedures for donating land to the Department of the Interior, and those that describe the Department's authority to acquire land by purchase or condemnation under the King Range National Conservation Area Act. These regulations are either statements of policy, internal procedures, or restatements of statutory provisions. BLM believes that these regulations can be removed without any substantive impact on the public.
