## Abstract

This rule removes the regulations on sales and grants of land in reclamation townsites for reclamation projects and school purposes. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is removing these regulations because they consist of outdated material and restatements of statutory language. Consequently, the regulations are unnecessary and can be removed without any significant effect.
