Abstract
The Fish and Wildlife Service (hereinafter Service) is supplementing the rule prescribing the late open season, hunting hours, hunting areas, and daily bag and possession limits for general waterfowl seasons in South Dakota that appeared in the Federal Register on September 27, 1996 (61 FR 50738).
