Abstract
This final rule amends MMS's regulations governing oil and gas operations in the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) to update production measurement, surface commingling, and security requirements. It also amends the standards for reporting and paying royalties on gas. MMS needs this rule to implement a system to verify that gas sales are reported accurately.
