Abstract
MMS published in the Federal Register of Friday, January 16, 1998 (63 FR 2605), a final rule establishing conditions for reducing royalties on producing leases; providing for suspensions of royalty payments on certain deep water leases issued as the result of lease sales held before November 28, 1995; and describing the information required for a complete application for royalty relief. This document makes corrections to the final rule.
