Abstract
MMS published in the Federal Register of May 12, 1998 (63 FR 26361), a final rule commonly known as the ``GVS rule'' that updated production measurement, surface commingling, and security requirements and made other amendments. The MMS needs to make several minor corrections to the final regulations.
