## Abstract

This rule revises the waterfowl hunting frameworks and the season dates for those States in the Lower Region of the Mississippi Flyway. Taking of migratory birds is prohibited unless specifically provided for by annual regulations. This rule permits the taking of these designated species during the 1998-99 season.
