Abstract
OSM is approving a proposed amendment to the Ohio regulatory program (Ohio program) under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA). Ohio proposed revisions to its rules pertaining to permitting requirements, bond release, and performance standards to be consistent with the corresponding Federal regulations.
