Abstract
This document announces final findings by the CITES Scientific and Management Authorities of the United States that approve the addition of Missouri to the list of States and Indian Nations approved for the export of river otter skins. This approval is on a multi-year basis. The Service intends to apply these findings to river otters taken in Missouri during the 1998-1999 season and subsequent seasons, subject to the same conditions applying to other States previously approved.
