Abstract
This rule revises the procedures governing the Housing Improvement Program (HIP). The Bureau of Indian Affairs has revised the procedures to clarify and simplify the conditions and terms for providing housing assistance and to allow additional flexibility in administering the program. The new procedures will encourage innovation in providing housing assistance to eligible individuals.
