## Abstract

BLM is revising the regulations on sustained yield forest units to remove obsolete or unnecessary sections and update the remaining regulations that are still necessary for the administration of the revested Oregon and California Railroad and the reconveyed Coos Bay Wagon Road grant lands in Oregon (referred to in this rule as O. and C. lands).
