## Abstract

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is making technical amendments to 30 CFR Chapter VII, Subchapter T. We are updating or adding addresses for the locations of the publicly available copies of State Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation (AMLR) plans and regulatory programs; revising or correcting the codification of sections approving State AMLR plans and regulatory programs; and making other minor codification changes. These changes will ensure awareness of the current locations where the public may inspect State AMLR plans and regulatory programs. They will also provide consistency throughout the sections codified at Subchapter T.
