Abstract
The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is approving an amendment to the Indiana regulatory program (Indiana program) under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA). Indiana proposed additions of rules concerning blaster certification. Indiana intends to revise its program to improve operational efficiency.
