EE WAS HOT TAPPING A STEAM LINE WHEN STEAM CAME OUT AROUND THE NIPPLE OF THE VALVE CAUSING BURNS TO HIS LEG, FOREARM AND FOREHEAD. EE IS LOSING TIME DUE TO THIS EVENT.
