Narrative

WATER TRUCK HAD JUST MADE A PASS AND THE DIKE WAS WET. THE DUMP TRUCK DRIVER DID NOT ADJUST SPEED AT CURVE AND THE TRUCK SLID OVER THE DIKE AND LANDED ON ITS SIDE.
