EE WAS OPERATING A ROOF BOLTER. HE SAID HE TURNED AND TWISTED HIS KNEE BUT DID NOT REPORT IT TO FOREMAN UNTIL 1-11-00 AT 3:20PM. HE CALLED WED 1-12-00 ABOUT 1:00PM TO TELL HE WOULD NOT BE AT W ORK.
