Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A DRILL STEEL. HE WAS USING A TORCH ON THE OUTRIGGER OF HIS SERVICE TRUCK HE KNOCKED OFF THE RING AND THEN BACKED INTO THE LIT TORCH. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE GREEN CO UNTY GENERAL HOSPITAL TO SEEK PROFESSIONAL CARE,WHERE HE WAS DIAGNOSED AND TREATED FOR SECOND DEGREE BURNS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS BACK.
