Narrative

EMPLOYEE HAD JUST INSTALLED THE BELT CLAMP TO SPLICE THE BELT, AND WHEN THEY PUSHED THE CLAMP BACK ONE END CAME LOOSE AND THE CLAMP CAUGHT HIS LEFT THUMB, THIS RESULTED IN A CUT TO HIS LEFT THUMB.
