EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING LINERS IN THE COAL MILL FAN HOUSING. THESE LINERS ARE HEAVY AND BEING SET IN PLACE WITH OVERHEAD CRANE. EMPLOYEE PICKED UP ON ONE END AND INJURED HIS BACK.
